Thank you for using XRProj. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the XRProj software, including any updates or new versions of the software ("Software"), as well as any services provided by XRProj ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Software or Services. By using the Software or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License

XRProj grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own personal or commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not sell, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party. XRProj reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and other materials ("User Content") that you upload or create using the Software. You agree that you have all necessary rights to use and distribute any User Content that you upload or create using the Software. XRProj does not claim ownership of your User Content. By uploading or creating User Content using the Software, you grant XRProj a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of the Software and Services.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Software or Services in any way that:

  1. Violates any applicable law or regulation;
  2. Infringes the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights;
  3. Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  4. Interferes with the operation of the Software or Services, including but not limited to distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful software;
  5. attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or network connected to the Software or Services;
  6. impersonates any person or entity, or falsely represents your affiliation with any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

The Software and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. XRProj retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and Services, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use any of XRProj's trademarks without prior written permission from XRProj.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. XRPROJ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL XRPROJ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT XRPROJ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. XRPROJ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT
